Erica White founded Nutritionhelp 25 years ago, as a Nutritional Therapy practice based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. With requests for consultations from the far reaches of the United Kingdom, and word travelling over-seas, Erica very soon had a nutritional practice that was impacting the health of clients globally.
Erica herself knew a new-found strength and energy, as she practiced what she preached! This enabled her to continue working with Nutritionhelp well into her 70s. But as Erica began to consider the possibility of retirement she was convicted that the nutritional message she had to offer should continue. The recommendations she had found to be of so much benefit still needed to be available to the countless sufferers of yeast infection, including those contending with CFS/ME and Fibromyalgia.
So in 2006, with a good deal of work, time and money, Erica and fellow Nutritionhelp director Robin White, made available in an online format, the recommendations and resources which she had successfully followed while in clinical practice. This proved to be a fantastic opportunity to provide tailor-made nutritional reports for clients both in the UK and further afield.
Eleven years on and my availability to practice Nutritional Therapy, together with developments in technology, enables Nutritionhelp to offer consultations once again. Whether a client visits me in Essex, or prefers to use Skype, Face-time or phone, I can provide dietary, supplement and lifestyle recommendations. This means that Erica’s vision to provide advice for clients beyond Essex can be maintained, while also offering personal interaction and support.
Up until now, a client could purchase a nutritional online report with Nutritionhelp and opt whether or not to have contact with me. Now however, all reports with Nutritionhelp include a consultation time with me, before the report is emailed to the client. This means the client can talk through concerns, and hear explanations and recommendations which are then summarised in the report. A main change in protocol is that clients no longer access new reports through their online account. I now send the reports to the client by email, following the consultation. You can still access previous reports in the old way, by clicking on the tab ‘Reports before April ’17’.
To arrange for a new report, whether a review or initial, email me to arrange a consultation time. The consultation can be by phone, Skype or face to face. I then send you a link by email to access the questionnaire. Payment is made when you come to submit the questionnaire. But remember, you won’t see the subsequent report until after you have received your consultation with me.
It is my sincere hope that present and future clients will enjoy the increased personal contact that the new protocol offers. I trust that Nutritionhelp can continue to support the health of clients in a practical and beneficial way.
