At the beginning of 2013 I became Nutritional Director of Nutritionhelp, providing the opportunity to support clients with dietary recommendation and advice to encourage health. Many clients come to Nutritionhelp with a medical diagnosis of ME/CFS, or who think yeast infection (Candida) may be playing a part in their health status, but I also have experience in working in a wide range of other health areas.
My passion for passing on knowledge about healthy eating means that I am frequently asked to write articles on all aspects of nutrition and deliver talks for various groups and conferences. I am qualified to teach adults and deliver training in nutrition for Care Assistants. I also run healthy cooking classes from my home.
I have extensive experience in working with gut health, particularly issues associated with yeast (candida), which may affect health in a number of ways, including IBS, digestion, female hormones, joint integrity, allergies and skin health.
I am a committed Christian and support my husband, Peter, in Church leadership. Peter also works as a Prison Chaplain, and brings Bible teaching to Pastors in East Africa. I have two adult daughters and five grandchildren. I work from my home in Essex, near Chelmsford.
